Important Information for Sponsors and Donors


           Your contribution in the planning and the subsequent participation in the Rachmaninov International Festival is not just about doing good deeds but it also can benefit you and/or your company in other ways:

  1. The Festival organizer, Russian House “Rodina” – is a tax-exempt not-for-profit organization established and approved under section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations of any type made to Russian House “Rodina” are tax deductible under all applicable Federal, State and local tax laws, rules and regulations.
  2.  Donations may be cash contributions or they may be in-kind such as goods, products and services.
  3. The Festival Organizers are in need of all types of foodstuffs, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, furniture and other types of equipment. Also critical for the concert is a good-working grand piano. Please contact us if you are interested in this type of donation for a complete list of our specific needs.
  4. Donor logos and/or contact details will be positioned in the Festival’s various printed and online materials such as brochures, flyers and programs. Positioning will be dependent on the nature and size of the contribution.
  5. Donor logos and/or contact details will be placed on stands, tents, and at all other locations throughout the grounds of the festival during its entire length.
  6. All Donors will be publicly named and thanked by the master of the ceremonies at the start of the concert program. Donors will also be included in reports, news items and articles about the Festival, before and after the event.
  7. Donor names will be included as running text (news tickers) or in television commercials and video reports, which will prepared by the television studio "Russian Abroad" a division of Russian House "Rodina."
  8. Many American as well as Russian television and radio channels and companies will be covering the Festival during its entirety. Television companies already committed to coverage of the event worldwide include RTVi, NTV-America, WMNB, CNL-America, and Soyuz.


            The Festival expects at least 2,000-3,000 participants at the various activities. Thanks to television and the press coverage of the Festival, Donors will become known to millions of people throughout the United States, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Israel, Germany and in many other nations throughout the world.

            The Festival Organizing Committee is presently creating advertising materials, flyers and posters, banners and other resources. Do not miss your chance to participate such a worthy and useful event!
